Ninh Binh provincial authorities have approved the investment policy and selected an investor for the construction of the new high-tech Ha Nam Industrial Park, valued at approximately $235 million.
The project will be implemented by Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Urban and Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (VSIP), one of Vietnam's largest industrial park developers, established with the participation of Vietnam and Singapore.
The new industrial park will span an area of over 628 hectares across the communes of Tran Thuong, Nhan Ha, and Nam Ly. It is planned to create modern infrastructure here to accommodate enterprises in high-tech, electronics, industrial manufacturing, and other export-oriented sectors.
The total investment volume will amount to nearly 6 trillion VND (approximately $235 million). Of this sum, approximately 898 billion VND constitutes the investor's equity, with the remainder to be raised from external financing sources.
The project's implementation period is set for 50 years from the date of land handover. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2026 and continue until Q2 2032. Approximately 60 months are allocated for the creation of all infrastructure.
The project is designed to attract high-tech manufacturing and modern industrial enterprises. Provincial authorities anticipate that the new industrial park will help draw additional investments into the region.
