On August 24, KDI Group held the official launch event for the Alora Nha Trang project and opened unit bookings. The new complex will become part of the Libera Nha Trang coastal resort area in the Bãi Tiên district, along the extension of Trần Phú Street.
The project features a 33-story tower with one underground level. It will house over 1,200 units in various layouts: studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and Bizhome commercial spaces. According to the developer, over 90% of the properties will offer unobstructed or sea views.
The Alora Nha Trang project is located within Libera Nha Trang, an established 44-hectare coastal complex. Its grounds already feature accommodation facilities, restaurants and cafes, the Đó Theater, a shopping street, a beach club, three private beaches, and an international marina. It is also home to the 28-hectare Vạn San Đảo coral park.
One of the key highlights of the new project will be its evening entertainment and leisure infrastructure, which will be developed by Dubai-based international company Sunset Hospitality Group.
The lower section of the tower will feature approximately 1,000 m² of indoor space incorporating gaming zones, a bowling alley, and restaurants. Live music performances, DJ sets, and interactive entertainment are also planned here. The outdoor area will accommodate play zones and a poolside party deck, while the rooftop will host a panoramic sky bar.
Property management will be handled by the lyf brand, a part of the international hospitality group The Ascott Limited. Sunset Hospitality Group will oversee the dining and entertainment infrastructure.
The architectural concept of the project draws inspiration from marine themes. The tower facade features flowing lines reminiscent of moving waves. Coral motifs are incorporated into the architecture and evening lighting, connecting with the Vạn San Đảo coral park located within Libera.
According to Lê Minh Tâm, General Director of Vega City, the project is designed to complement Libera's existing infrastructure with evening entertainment and expand leisure options for guests after sunset.
Unit bookings are now open. The official sales launch is scheduled for September 2026.
