Ho Chi Minh City Approves 6 More Residential Projects for Foreign Ownership

Authorities in Ho Chi Minh City have released a list of six new residential complexes where foreign citizens and companies are now permitted to purchase property. The decision is part of a policy to attract foreign investment and address the growing demand from expats and foreign specialists.

The projects are located in various parts of the city and range from large-scale urban complexes to more compact, mid-segment residential developments.

The most extensive project on the current list is One World, located in the Tuan Chau district. The project, spanning nearly 50 hectares, is being developed by Kim Oanh Group and will provide a modern living environment with complete infrastructure.

Also, the Phu Dong SkyOne project, covering over 5,300 sq. m, is under construction in the former Binh Duong province. It will add to the mid-class housing segment, which is in high demand among foreign buyers.

In the Binh Trung district, two residential projects are included in the list – Binh Trung Dong and Doan Nguyen. Their areas are approximately 57,700 and 60,700 sq. m, respectively.

Other properties include a multifunctional residential and commercial complex on Hong Bang Street in the Binh Thai district, as well as a high-rise project along Ben Binh Dong Boulevard, combining residential, office, and commercial spaces.

Since the beginning of 2025, the city authorities have issued such lists for the fifth time. As a result, the total number of residential projects available to foreign buyers in Ho Chi Minh City has grown to 123.
