About the developer
Vietnam Capital Real Estate (VCRE) is a Vietnamese real estate development company specializing in high-end residential and hospitality projects. The company focuses on creating developments that meet international luxury standards, with a strong emphasis on architecture, location, and service management.
The company’s flagship development is Nobu Residences Danang, the first project in Vietnam to combine branded residences and a hotel managed by Nobu Hospitality — a global luxury brand founded by legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and producer Meir Teper. It is the first project of its kind in Southeast Asia and one of only a few worldwide.
The Nobu project is the result of a strategic partnership between VCRE and international leaders in architecture and hospitality. Among the project’s key collaborators are HBA (Hirsch Bedner Associates), Studio PCH (USA), and renowned consultants in F&B and hospitality.
VCRE’s approach is based on selective, concept-driven development, where each location is chosen to match a specific vision and brand. Rather than pursuing large-scale construction, the company focuses on unique landmark projects that redefine standards in the local market.
VCRE positions itself as a platform for introducing global luxury brands to the Vietnamese market and for creating iconic developments at the intersection of architecture, gastronomy, and lifestyle.
