TT Capital Investment Joint Stock Company is a Vietnamese real estate developer founded in 2021 by Mr. Nguyen Trung Tin and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truong, both with over a decade of experience in real estate and finance. The company was established as a platform for Japanese investors entering the Vietnamese market and specializes in affordable housing.

TT Capital operates as a joint venture with Japanese partners:

• Cosmos Initia — a residential developer established in 1969 and part of the Daiwa House Group. The company specializes in condominiums, private housing, and hotels, with a portfolio of over 100,000 units across Japan and Australia. Its mission in Vietnam is to bring Japanese standards of quality and sustainability to the local market.
• Koterasu Partners — a Japanese real estate investment fund founded in 2020, with investments in Japan, Asia, and Europe. Led by an expert with over 10 years of experience in the Vietnamese market, Koterasu provides financial resources and ensures an international standard of project execution.

The main joint project is TT AVIO in Di An City (Binh Duong) — the first JV project targeting the mid-range housing market in the greater Ho Chi Minh City area. It exemplifies the concept of “Japanese quality at an affordable price.”
