About the developer
Gamuda Land, the property development arm of Malaysian corporation Gamuda Berhad, was established in 1995. With nearly 20 years of presence in Vietnam, Gamuda Land Vietnam has achieved significant success, having developed iconic projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Building on these achievements, Gamuda Land Vietnam continues to expand its market presence through a series of new projects and Quick Turnaround Projects (QTP) in Thu Duc, Binh Chanh, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Hai Phong areas. Thus, the company's total number of projects in Vietnam has reached eight.
