C-Holdings

C-Holdings Joint Stock Company is a Vietnamese real estate developer founded in 2018 by entrepreneur Nguyen Quoc Cuong, widely known as “Cuong Do La.” Initially operating under the name Chanh Nghia Quoc Cuong, the company was rebranded as C-Holdings in 2020.

The company focuses on residential developments in Binh Duong Province, one of Vietnam’s fastest-growing regions. Since its establishment, C-Holdings has successfully completed several projects, including C-Sky View and The Maison in Thu Dau Mot City. Currently, the company is developing The Felix in Thuan An City, which will be its third major residential complex.

Key projects:

• C-Sky View — a residential complex located on Tran Phu Street in Thu Dau Mot City, featuring 1,166 apartments of various layouts;
• The Maison — a mid-range residential project emphasizing construction quality and living comfort;
• The Felix — a new project in Thuan An City consisting of two 40-story towers with more than 1,200 apartments and a wide range of amenities.
