Aurora IP (Aurora Vietnam) is the investor of the Lakeside Garden project, located in the Phuong Luu Lake area, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City. The company operates as a 100% foreign-owned enterprise and receives support from HongFu Group, a multinational corporation from Taiwan, widely known worldwide in the field of footwear manufacturing for export to leading brands such as Nike, Puma, Converse, Columbia, and others. With over 40 years of experience, HongFu Group has a solid financial foundation and a management system that meets international standards.

In Vietnam, HongFu Group has invested in the construction of several large factories in provinces such as Ninh Binh and Hai Phong, creating jobs for tens of thousands of employees. Based on this, Aurora Vietnam was established to expand its operations in the real estate sector, with Lakeside Garden becoming the first key project, reflecting a long-term and serious development strategy.
